Terms of Service

Pelantra Tech provides website development, SEO, digital marketing, business automation, CRM and dashboard solutions, and related digital operations services. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to relevant accounts and systems, and accurate information needed to complete a project.

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any third-party tools, libraries, or pre-existing Pelantra Tech assets used in delivery.

Project-based engagements are billed according to the schedule outlined in the applicable proposal. Ongoing management and retainer services are billed monthly.

Late payments may result in a pause of services until accounts are brought current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelantra Tech's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pelantra Tech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
